About Justin W. Pritchett
With over 15 years of experience spanning four industries, four countries, and two continents, Justin Pritchett brings a broad and distinctive perspective to the practice of law. He represents individuals and businesses in complex litigation matters, with a particular focus on personal injury and civil litigation.
Justin approaches each case with careful analysis, strategic thinking, and a commitment to protecting his clients’ interests. His experience allows him to navigate complicated disputes while remaining focused on achieving practical and effective results for those he represents.
Justin earned his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law. During law school, he interned with the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, experiences that strengthened his understanding of federal law, civil procedure, and litigation.
In addition to his law degree, Justin holds a PhD in philosophy from the University of Aberdeen, a Master’s in theology from Regent College, and an undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Christopher Newport University. His extensive academic background complements his legal practice by giving him a thoughtful and analytical approach to complex legal issues.
Outside the office, Justin enjoys fishing, gardening, golfing, and spending time with his children and dogs.
